Did you know that if you have access to a lawn or field, you can grow your own wildflower meadow??

As well as looking beautiful, wildflower meadows (when managed properly) can be a vital habitat for wildlife. Our ‘species on the edge’ pollinators love them! Depending on where in the country you are, by planting a wildflower meadow you could be helping the small blue, marsh fritillary or the northern brown argus butterflies, the great yellow bumblebee and a whole host of other species!

Plantlife have a video and online guide on how you can create and manage your own wildflower meadow.
