Managing for Marsh Fritillary Workshop, Melfort, 16 June
- What: The Marsh Fritillary butterfly is a real gem of Argyll and depends on landscape-scale management to maintain their populations. At this free workshop, Butterfly Conservation Project Officer Mhairi, and Kilchoan Estate staff will share practical advice on managing land for this rare species. This will involve a presentation and a site visit on the estate to see Marsh Fritillary habitat. This workshop is aimed at landowners in Argyll who are interested in implementing management practices to benefit the Marsh Fritillary butterfly. Refreshments will be provided.
