Wild Garden Art Workshop, Thurso, 23 July

  • What: Join Species on the Edge and local illustrator Aimee Lockwood for an afternoon of arts, crafts and discussion inspired by an important wildlife habitat – your garden! Learn how to design and create a garden that’s perfect for supporting wildlife including some of our most vulnerable local species, then put your knowledge to the test by making a miniature version from paper. This workshop is the chance for you to be part of a new Species on the Edge comic, which will tell the story of our local wildlife and our community’s role in protecting it. Design a dream wildlife garden and your work could be featured in the book!
