Spring into step walk, Orkney, 19 March
- What: Join our Orkney team for a free, gentle, lunchtime walk around Arcadia Park, as part of NHS Orkney’s first Social Prescribing Day. The Species on the Edge team will have a stand from 10am – 4pm at Balfour Hospital – pop by and learn why and how connection to nature is being prescribed to improve health and wellbeing by GPs in Orkney.

- No need to book, just turn up on the day dressed for all weathers.
- We will be using tarmac paths, accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs. We will walk at a slow pace for all abilities.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- This walk is serviced by a bus route. Parking may be limited at the hospital.
- These walks are not suitable for dogs except for assistance dogs.
