Crofting for Linties and pollinators, Shetland, multiple dates
Do you want to support the wildlife on your land? Do you have areas suitable for crops? Species on the Edge is hosting two free events to discuss wildlife seed crops and how they can fit into your croft.
Each event will feature a visit to a crop site as well as talks from guest speakers – Transition Turriefield, the RSPB and others – covering the benefits of introducing wildlife seed mixes for biodiversity, soil health and more.
Join us for one of the following:
- Saturday 15th March, Eid Hall, 10am – 3pm
- Saturday 22nd March, Dunrossness Hall, 10am – 3pm
These events are free. All are welcome and lunch is provided.
Please register your place at one of these events via our sign-up form: Crofting for Linties and pollinators.
The deadline for registration for the Eid Hall talk is Wednesday 12th March, and Wednesday 19th March for the Dunrossness Hall talk.
If you have any issues or questions, please get in touch: harry.britton@rspb.org.uk
